Refunds Policy for Online Purchases at SkylaShoes.com
Final Sale Items:
- All final sale purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Trying On Shoes:
- We recommend trying on shoes indoors with a sock or other foot covering, especially if you are uncertain about the fit, color, or style.
Condition of Returns:
- Returns or exchanges of clothing and footwear are only accepted if the items are unworn and in their original condition, including the original shoe box and all enclosed items.
- The shoe box must not be used as the shipping container for returns.
Manufacturer's Defect:
- If you encounter a manufacturer's defect, please inform us immediately at skyla@skylashoes.com. This does not include normal wear and tear.
Time Frame for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the original purchase date. No exceptions.
Right to Deny Returns:
- We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our returns and refunds policy.
