  • Trial at Home: We encourage you to try on your shoes at home, ideally with a sock or foot covering, to ensure the right fit, color, and style before deciding.

  • Return by Mail: We offer a convenient mail return process. To initiate a return, simply download and print the provided return label at no additional cost to you. Affix the label to your return package and send it back to us.

  • Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, clothing and footwear must be unworn. The item should be returned in its original condition, including the shoe box and all its contents. Please avoid using the shoe box as a shipping container.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original state. This includes all packaging, stuffing, dust covers, etc., as provided in the initial purchase.

  • Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

  • Return Eligibility: We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any merchandise that does not comply with our return policy.
